Titli Trust Activities 2013-14
20 April 2013, Bangsil, Thatyud, Uttarakhand: Children’s Conservation Education Program conducted at Bangsil. Titli Trust runs a rural conservation education and awareness program at four schools at Bangsil, Kyari, Bhuwan and Jogiyada. The program is being conducted by Titli Trust and Prakritik Paryavaran Avam Madhumakhee Shodh Sanstha (PPAMSS), Bangsil. Twenty children from each school participate in the program, which also has a train-the-trainers component for PPAMS volunteers.
15 April 2013, Garo Hills, Meghalaya: The book titled “Butterflies of the Garo Hills” Sanjay Sondhi et. al, co-published by Titli Trust, launched. The book and proceeds from its sales will go to the local community in the Garo Hills. More details about this book can be obtained here

1 April to 10 April 2013, Garo Hills, Meghalaya:
Faunal survey of moths and butterflies to support local nature tourism effort being conducted by Samrakshan. The survey focussed primarily on the lepidoptera fauna-moths and butterflies. The visit included a brainstorming on way forward for Samrakshan Eco-tourism effort.
