Awareness, Outreach and Capacity Building
Titli Trust has been actively engaged in conservation education across Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Assam, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Its programs reach school children, local communities, Forest Department staff, and nature guides, aiming to build awareness and strengthen connections between people and nature.
As part of its outreach efforts, Titli Trust has produced a wide range of publications — including technical papers, books, checklists, bulletins, and catalogues — to share knowledge and promote conservation action. A list of these publications and some of the films produced by Titli Trust can be viewed [here].
Titli Trust is a member of the Vikalp Sangam process (https://vikalpsangam.org), and is a member of the collective, West Himalayan Vikalp Sangam (WHVS). The Western Himalaya Vikalp Sangam (WHVS) is a process to bring together people and organisations working on or interested in alternatives, ideologically and in practice in Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
